Fantastic vacation apartment, ideal for couples, families or city visitors who want to enjoy the flair and advantages of our city center location. On a generous 84 square meters of living space you will find our top accommodation on the pedestrian zone, which invites you to visit many sights, bars, restaurants and the old town. The accommodation has been modernized to a high standard at the beginning of 2024, offers plenty of space and comfort even for longer stays and is still quiet at night. The spacious dining area offers plenty of room for communal dinners or entertaining game afternoons for up to 6 people. Directly adjacent is the large living room, which guarantees cozy evenings with Netflix and co on a 65-inch Ultra HD TV in a cozy atmosphere with a comfortable and high-quality couch. The bedroom is equipped with an XXL king-size bed, which the manufacturer also likes to advertise as a "family bed" - there really is plenty of space. An additional seating area with table for a few relaxing minutes is also available. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and can be manually separated from the living room at sleeping times by means of a partition. When fully occupied, the pull-out couch offers additional guests very good sleeping comfort and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all important utensils (without oven) and offers sufficient cooking facilities with its 4 induction plates. The apartment has 2 separate sanitary areas: A: A pure WC with reasonable washing facilities - B: A high-quality bathroom with shower, toilet and all necessary sanitary facilities. The apartment is on the 1st floor and can therefore be reached easily and quickly even with luggage. 3 public parking garages within a radius of 150 meters are available for those arriving by car. Mobile air conditioning (only available on site in the months of June-September) rounds off the overall package.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit Liebe eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Tolle Ausstattung. Sehr zentrale Lage, Restaurants & Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar (Fußgängerzone/ Einkaufsstraße). Dadurch merkt man auch das belebete Zentrum (kein Lärmschutzfenster). Parken war kein Problem, einige Parkhäuser in der Nähe. Am einfachsten mit wenig Gepäck anreisen. Tolle Gastgeber!! und tolle Organisation (Wegbeschreibung mit Video / Infos Kaffemaschine, etc). Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Wohnung mitten in Augsburg war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar - direkt im Herzen der Stadt, mit allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäften nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön modern und makellos sauber. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden, und der Komfort war außergewöhnlich. Besonders praktisch war auch das nahe gelegene Parkhaus zu vernünftigen Preisen, was unseren Aufenthalt noch bequemer machte. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, beim nächsten Besuch in Augsburg wieder hier zu bleiben

Wir waren zu 4. Kommunikation im Vorlauf perfekt, präzise und schnell. Tolle, geräumige Wohnung mit super bequemen Betten. Top ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Einzig zu wissen: Parkmöglichkeiten mit etwas Laufabstand & 1. OG
Sehr schöne und super saubere Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und bei 4 Personen waren die zwei Bäder optimal. Die Fenster könnten etwas besser isoliert sein, da man alle Geräusche und die Straßenmusiker von draußen in der Wohnung hört. Das WLAN hat super funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

City center location/pedestrian zone - combined with all the shopping and transport options of the central location. It is quiet at night as the stores are closed - bars, pubs and event locations are within easy walking distance but still a little outside the immediate vicinity.
