Wow what a little gem of a place. Don’t be put off that it does not have a cooker, you do not need it, staying here for the weekend. The host provided us with cereals, fresh bread, butter, jams, milk, tea, coffee, sugar & the most delicious biscuits from the local bakery Bothams. The cafes & restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away. Use of the garage for parking is a bonus. The apartment was clean & spotless. They have thought of everything you might need, even the umbrellas for that rain shower you might encounter. Blankets to keep warm as you sit in the beautiful garden either in the morning or evening. Just a perfect central place to explore Whitby.

The Garden Apartment was perfect for us. The description was very accurate, lots of lovely touches, a lot of thought has gone into making it a comfortable space. The garden is beautiful, a lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink,or just to admire when it's raining.The garage is such a bonus. We parked up on arrival and didn't use the car at all till we left. The apartment is close to the town, only a few minutes walk and a lovely park on the doorstep. Definitely worthy of the 5 star rating

We had an amazing stay at the garden apartment, it is the perfect location for exploring all Whitby has to offer. The apartment is beautiful and very peaceful with lovely little touches from the host. The added bonus is the use of the garage so our car was secure for the duration of our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Whitby for a few days. Thank you Marie-Louise, we will definitely be booking again x

Wow, what a find. A beautiful home, with a lovely garden, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Marie-Louise gives plenty of clear instructions to get there and get in, the garage space is a huge bonus. There are essentials, milk, bread and some lovely biscuits waiting, very welcome. The location is perfect, a short walk to town, shops and restaurants. We had a lovely few days there and will not hesitate to recommend to others.

Honestly words can’t really describe how special our stay was. We came here to celebrate our engagement and it was definitely the perfect choice. The apartment is so perfectly decorated and had all of them amenities you could ask for, you can truly see the passion that has been put in to make it a lovely space. It has such quirk to it and overall a cosy atmosphere - smelt amazing too! It’s so close to the rest of the town, so could get to everywhere we wanted within 5-7 minutes. The garage was a godsend as well, felt so secure knowing our car was parked up! Marie-Louise made our stay so much more special by giving us flexibility and just by being friendly. We would love to stay again in warmer months! Will be recommending to friends and family.
