The place is tiny, but very tidy (which is the most important thing). Helpful stuff!! Will be back!
I can’t believe I even have to say this- but the place was full of third degree level of mold. All over the bathroom. Stains in the curtains, rust, and overall unhealthy to sleep in. They list all rooms under one property so you don’t know what room you get until you get there so the pictures are awfully inaccurate. We had to leave the property a couple hours after arrival due to the unhealthy conditions.
Location is great in relation to the Troubadour and other WeHo locations, and the staff was was fantastic. However, we showed up about 30 minutes after check-in was advertised as available, and our room was ready. They tried to move us to another room, but the lock wasn't working, so it was back to our original room, that through all the headache, STILL WASN'T ready. We had a very tight schedule for the evening and had to cancel dinner plans and a pre-paid reservation we already had because of all the trouble. So we went to the onsite cafe. the only thing worse than the food was the service. Our waitress was rude and un-attentive, and as mentioned already, the food was horrible. After dinner, made our way back to the front desk to collect our bags, finally our room was ready. We had a really fixed itinerary, and the check in process derailed our entire night. If not for the friendly, outgoing hotel staff, we would have rated it lower. I would certainly think twice about staying here.
