Top notch! The unit itself is great compared to other rentals around the area. It is very clean and one would really feel comfy and at home right away. Booked for 5 nights initially and we ended up extending the stay for one full month 😁. The best thing was that the hosts were very responsive and they ensured that we had everything that we needed for our stay. Totally recommend it and I will definitely book this again the next time I would need a place to stay. Thank you Olha and Jay! Til next time! 😊
Olha's place was a clean and comfortable unit. The place was walking distance to the supermarket and the mall. The building personnel was also courteous and helpful. Olha was very communicative and responsive. The problem I see with condo units in Manila for AirBnb is that the building administration asks for official ID. Before we even arrived at the place, I had to send a photocopy of my driver's license. When we got to the place, they had to take a photo of our passports - like checking in a hotel. It defeats the purpose of AirBnb already doing the background check and protecting the privacy of AirBnb users. I have used AirBnbs that are condo units in North America and we don't go through these rigid security procedures - providing our personal information to building personnel.

The condo is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. You can also take a 2minute quick drive to the SKYWAY SLEX (main motorways) to visit nearby attractions such as museums, parks, and beaches, with just a 15 minute drive to the airport, its in a perfect location. Within walking distance to all amenities, the highlight being Filinvest Central Park, conveniently situated just opposite the flat.
The parking is situated in the basement of the building. To avail of taxi services, you can download apps such as Grab or Joyride.
