Peter hat uns freundlich begrüßt, ein Restaurant gezeigt. Da ja Ostern war hatten wir im Kühlschrank einige Lebensmittel bekommen und auf dem Esstisch waren einige Osterüberraschungen. Am Abfahrtstag gab uns Peter für Dir Weiterfahrt ein paar Hinweise.

Peter is a great host, he is very hospitable. it is a historical house but beautifully renovated by Peter. we would come back again if there is a chance.

Peter and his property isnt just nice. We have stayed in Airbnb's all over the world and owned 5 ourselves. This is a home not an airbnb. My 94 yr old dad was very ill at the time and I spent half the evening on Peters phone as my charge had run out, sitting next to Peter in his home whilst the poor man had to turn down a Bronco's match so I could speak. Seriously Peter is such a nice person and this home is spotless. If you are looking for somewhere to stay; be quick. You wont regret it.

There was no cell service for both Vodafone and Optus services as the place was pretty secluded. On top of that host didn’t provide us with any wifi so we couldn’t contact our friends and family during our stay. Similarly there was no air conditioner provided which wasn’t great since one day it reached 46 degree Celsius. Overall it was bad experience for us. I would have appreciate much more if host have mention all these details by the host before we arrived to the place. Only good thing about the place was that breakfast food items were in the fridge for us to use and the host seemed to be pretty chatty even though the first thing he said to me when we arrived was am I pregnant and when we said no he said are you sure.

Peter was a gracious host that kindly provided everything we needed and more. The cottage is very charming and Peter keeps it in perfect condition. The location is serene with birds and wallabies hanging around. A great place to visit if you want to get a taste of life in rural Australia.
