We arrived around 3:30 PM, after the 3 o’clock check in time. The place had not been cleaned at all. While this was not the owners fault, it was very disappointing since we only had one night there. I was given a small portion of funds back, and we left to go get pedicures and groceries while the place was “being cleaned”. Arrived back after well over an hour, and place was still being cleaned. When contacting again, was told they’ll be done shortly and not reimbursed anymore than $50 “per their policy”. Very sad considering we only had one night there and didn’t get to enjoy the rental, or the pool in the neighborhood. Once it was cleaned 3 plus hours past our check in time, it was beautiful and a nice stay. We just had a bad experience and didn’t feel like we were reimbursed/offered what should have been due to the circumstances.

Great house, great location and everything just like the photos! For sure will be my choice for next time in Pensacola!

Overall our stay was great! Had few issues but they was resolved, wish we could’ve used the pool but other then that I believe it went well!!

Loved it only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t any televisions upstairs only a small one downstairs.
