Make no mistake - this is a great AirBnB and I’ve stayed in a few ! Spotless, well appointed, super peaceful. Don’t be put off by feedback around the driveway, it’s easily negotiated by the semi-competent ! Really enjoyed our 4 nights here as a base for the Twin Trail Cycle. While I’m here, a plug for the Sailing trip with Nathalie on Vigilant available as an AirBnB experience… great day out

A great stay at a very nice house. Excellent amenities, and such a nice and quiet location. Be mindful of very steep driveway (as noted) and also that there is another small seperate AirBNB on site at the same property, which makes it a little less private and harder to manoeuvre vehicle with where they park. Otherwise great location to Paihia, walkable and plenty of restaurants around.

Stunning house with gorgeous views of the harbour. We felt like we were staying in a luxury treehouse. A very beautiful property. The only sound was birds in the surrounding trees. Peaceful and gorgeous.

Extremely well kept and beautiful. Only thing was the steep and tricky driveway- Tricky with a big car which test your driving skills. 10/10 on all bedrooms and living room. 10/10 on the kitchen A cleaner barbecue would have been ideal (4/10 for this)and the heated pool wasn’t as clean - so didn’t use. Overall- 8.5/10 and a recommendation 👌

We stayed here for a little weekend getaway. It was great! Had everything we needed and John was very good with communicating with us when we asked for assistance.
