This house is perfect for family or couples summer beach vacations! Steps to the beach, restaurants and other amenities. No need to drive. Lots of space inside, large outdoor patio, deck, 2nd fl balcony, outdoor dining and grill. Next to Tyde at Walnut Beach wedding venue. September-May monthly rentals. Close to YNHH, West Haven VA, Bridgeport Hospital, Milford Hospital, Griffin Hospital and St. Vincent’s. Has 2 work stations and fast WiFi. 4 bedrooms total. Upstairs Bedrooms: 1st bedroom has a queen bed, a Fire TV, a nightstand, a dresser and a closet. 2nd bedroom has a full bed, Fire TV, a dresser, a nightstand and a 2nd floor balcony! 3rd Bedroom has a full bed with a twin on top, a nightstand, a dresser, lots of storage space and a work space. 4th bedroom has a queen bed, a nightstand, a dresser, a closet and a work space. Ocean view from the huge family room with 65in Fire TV, large comfy couch and a sitting area near the fireplace. You’ll love this room! Dining room seats 8 and the decor will make you feel like you’re at whimsical beach getaway. Fully stocked kitchen including large fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, food processor and everything you’ll need to cook and eat meals. Central air! Many rooms have fans as well. You’ll want to spend time with family and friends in this outdoor space! It has a deck with a sitting area, a large patio with outdoor dining for 8, and a grill. - 2nd floor washer and dryer - Private and street parking We have a Pack N Play with a mattress and full bedding available upon request.

Thank you Tara for allowing my family to stay at your beach house. The G beach house is a true gem! Quintessential New England beach community! The home is tastefully decorated with a beach theme throughout. Beautiful furniture and appliances. Tara added subtle touches to make you feel extra welcome such as; a welcome note, guestbook, and some chocolates upon arrival. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We love the private backyard which was great for doing bbq with the family. You see the ocean from the front of the house!There are coffee shops, and restaurants walkable to this house. We love taking walks on the boardwalk by the beach. We will surely be repeat guests. A short drive away, there is a BJ’s, Stop & Shop, spas and other types of stores. There’s also a convenient store/deli, and nail salon that is a few houses down.Walnut beach cafe is also a nice place to relax and have a bite to eat. It’s a great location!
What a perfect home – for vacation or work!! I was lucky enough to stay at the G Beach Retreat for 5 weeks. It is extremely clean and perfectly furnished with all new, very comfortable furniture – and decorated with cute, beach-themed touches without being cluttered. There are large, Smart TVs with extremely fast, reliable internet. Two of the rooms even have desks to make a work space very convenient. The home is less than 2 blocks from the beach and the cutest coffee shop is ½ block away. Plus – there are several great restaurants AND the Walnut Beach Creamery (best ice cream in all of Milford) within just 2 blocks. Tara, the host, is delightful and very responsive, so the entire stay was so easy and enjoyable. It really is the ideal combination of a wonderful home in a fantastic Walnut Beach location!!

There’s a boardwalk from Walnut to Silver Sands, it’s perfect for walks and jogs.
You can rent paddle boards and kayaks at Scoot and Paddle.
During the warm weather there’s live entertainment at Walnut.
Close drive to downtown Milford.
Close to the bus and train station.
Close to area hospitals for healthcare professionals.
We have a private parking spot in back and plenty of street parking in front.
No need to drive to the beach, it’s 1 block away!
This area is great for walking, jogging and biking.
