This was a great, central location in Indianapolis, easily 15 minutes from any attraction or main event. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet and friendly. Shanan was communicative, friendly, and informative - it was a great experience! If I find myself in Indianapolis again, I'll definitely be staying here!

Shaman’s home was a lovely place to stay while visiting Indy for a work trip. The place was spotless and clearly recently updated. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I did however have some issues with the JuiceBox EV charger in the garage. When I arrived, I tried to charge my vehicle but found that the breaker was off. Shanon responded quickly and I was able to turn the breaker on, but even with that the car would still not charge. Per the user manual, the JuiceBox unit was stuck in a setup mode. I ended up having to purchase my own Tesla mobile connector with a NEMA 14-50 to charge. I also had issues with the Wi-Fi the entire stay. It would connect but either be so slow it was unusable or would show “no internet”. These technical issues should definitely be reviewed before the next guest.

Shanan’s house was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean and exactly as described/pictured. It was easy to get into, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The house was perfect for our weekend. We were close to the venue and everything we needed. Shanan was very responsive; friendly and helpful for whatever we needed. We will be reaching out in the future if we need a place to stay in Indy!

A newly renovated three bedroom house. Up to date appliances. ADT security. Everything was pristine. It was a comfortable home. The rooms we spacious and airy. The sunken family room that opened to the big backyard was lovely. The kitchen was great to work in. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, pleasant stay.
