My wife and I were delighted to be James' first guests. He is an excellent, friendly and approachable host who responds very quickly to any questions. He goes out of his way to make you feel at home. The house itself was perfect for us for the 5 days we lived there. It is spacious, very clean and well-furnished, and the bed was very comfortable. The two bathrooms and the washer and dryer are added bonuses and much appreciated. The furniture, bedding, towels and the washer and dryer are like new. There is also a dedicated parking space, which will give guests a feeling of security. Last but not least, my wife and I have allergic reactions to fragrances. Although we overlooked mentioning this when we made inquiries before booking, we were delighted to find that all the bedding and towels had been washed with fragrance-free detergent.
