The place was larger than we realized and in excellent condition. Everything advertised was completely accurate. We’d recommend it if you are looking for a location outside the typical college spring break area. Perfect for us and our two small children.

This was such a great place to stay! Pedro & Laura were excellent hosts and were incredibly responsive - their communication alone made for a great experience. The apartment was decorated tastefully and was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay including chairs and towels for the beach. It was truly the perfect place for two couples to stay for an extended weekend. The complex's community pool was clean and well cared for. The beach was roughly a 10-15 walk (even with our beach gear in tow!) with two grocery stores on the way so we could stop for drinks and snacks. There was also a light and crosswalk at the beach to make for safe crossing. Beach access is also available all along the coast with many areas having parking and a shower and bathrooms. We spent a day at Cocoa Beach (~20 minutes north) and Melbourne Beach (~15 minutes south) during our stay. Be sure to stop for brunch at Whisk & Grind in Cocoa Beach, you won't be disappointed! We will most certainly return!

The NICEST and cutest air bnb ever!! Whoever decorated and designed the place did an amazing job, it’s so cozy and comfortable and you feel right at home. Super clean bathrooms and all new appliances, loved how comfortable the bed was and how big the tv is. HIGHLY recommend!
