We are 10 minutes from Tahoe City, 5 minutes from Kings Beach, which both have sandy beaches, weekly concerts in the summer and big grocery stores. We are also 10 minutes from the Nevada state line where you will find casinos and concert venues. In the winter, enjoy proximity to all the major north shore resorts. 11 miles from Northstar and Diamond Peak, 14 miles from Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley), and 4 miles from the Tahoe Nordic Cross Country Center. During the summer, take a short stroll to the breathtaking Lake Tahoe shorefront. Enjoy the Magic Carpet mini golf or check out the Waterman’s Landing, located at Patton Landing Beach, a 3-acre, pebbly beach known for stand-up paddling and great for swimming.
