Its a great place to stay. It might be a bit far from the landmarks, but the space, amenities within the given cost is very affordable and tourist-friendly. The host, Rohit was very particular in his behavior, helping us in any way possible, and that too as soon as possible. Few tips for people considering to board here - 1. Do not consider the distance from the landmarks to be a big deal. Just board autos/totos from a bit away from landmarks, the fare will be reasonable enough. 2. Despite the directions provided, use the phrase "Ashok Nagar, near Chitaipur Chowraha". This is clear enough to get you to the right place.

Rohit turned out a Great and Friendly Host everteady to help you . Rooms were Very good with ACs and a functioning kitchen. Rohit is a young, sincere and responsive cute guy. Highly recommend his flat for Families with own Transport. Only Irritanta were Squating Toilet in 1 room ( but in Master bedroom there was Western WC. Thanks Rohit for it. ) Squating Toilet for we 6 Sr Citizens was a major threat for serious injury so Rohit promised to install it with Health Faucet in coming months or so, although if determined you can get it installed in a few hours but willpower needed na. ---- yet another disappointment was missing TV and Channels Set top box. We addicted for TV news just stared blankly at the Wall mounted wood board from where it seemed Hijacked. overall we were happy with Rohit and his Real Transparency Sincereity and suggested fixing the 2 major irritants but .....

Quiet, serene and peaceful stay. The stay is exactly as described. Felt right at home. The stay for 6 people was comfortable and the entire process was very smooth. Rohit is responsive and communicates clearly. He was always accessible which made it easy to communicate. The stay is away from the city crowd but all the places are easily accessible. We would highly recommend the homestay to everyone.

Even though we arrived late at night, Rohit was very helpful and did not have any problem with our late arrival. He responded to our sudden requirements very well and timely. And he was very sweet with all of us. All in all, it was a great stay! Thanks for this great experience.
