This was a decent experience. But nothing more than that. The building is extremely old and there are ongoing renovations. To open the door to the apartment was an issue upon check in (you have to push and pull the door a certain way). The kitchen is completely outdated, the A/C doesn't work until after May 1st, you have to pay $20 a night extra for parking and the late checkout request and fees are a bit ridiculous. Overall decent stay, but I doubt I’d rebook.

The appartement is nice and includes all the necessary equipment, though the design is simple. After a slow first start and some excellent help from the owner, the wifi was very good. The building includes and excellent gym and additional communal rooms like a reading room. The checkout was quick and efficient.

Cozy place and exactly what we needed for our quick family trip to DC. It was short walk to the metro and a quick trip into the city. There were plenty of restaurant choices in the area, too.

Everything was wonderful, i would just hope that it was a closer walk to the metro. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy at night, not gonna lie
