Come enjoy your home away from home in beautiful Hamilton Montana! A half mile from downtown and less than 10 minutes from the Bitterroot river and hiking trails, this centrally located home is a perfect get away. Situated on a corner lot in a charming neighborhood, with a park right across the street and green-space directly behind, this is a great starting place for all of your adventures. The house consists of 3 bedrooms; a queen bed in the first, twin bunkbeds in the second and a king bed in the third. All of the mattresses are gel/memory foam. If the house is cooler please don't be disturbed if the beds feel hard. Once you are in them they become quite comfortable...we promise! The king bed is pretty tall. If needed, there is a step stool in the closet of that room. The lamps in both the Queen and King room are touch lamps. They also have a place to plug in your phone. We have extra pillows and blankets in each of the bedroom closets. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combo with body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided as well as a hairdryer. The tub in the ensuite bathroom is a large soaking tub. The living room is equipped with a big screen TV. We do not have cable but we do have Roku so we get plenty of content. You can also log into your Netflix or Prime video accounts. Our large corduroy sectional is soft and comfortable for movie watching or just sitting in front of the fire. The rocking chair in the corner is a perfect place to pick up a book from the basket and read about Montana history or local hikes while sipping your coffee. We have board games in the entry way closet and the cubby of the coffee table. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed included a toaster, blender, mixer, casserole dishes, baking and cookware. There is a coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker but for those who prefer (or need) a whole pot, Mr. Coffee is waiting in the pantry for you. We have a propane BBQ on the back patio and a propane fire pit as well.
