What was considered the 5th bedroom/ bonus space was converted into one of the two game rooms!   Bedroom 1: This bedroom is located on the first floor and is considered the master! It features a king bed, multiple windows for natural light, dresser, two nightstands, large wall mounted flat screen TV, closet for extra storage, and access to the en-suite bathroom. This bathroom features a standing tiled shower with glass doors, double sink vanity, and toilet that is private with its own door!   Bedroom 2:  This bedroom is located upstairs and features two queen size beds, window for natural lighting, night stand, a dresser and closet for storage.   Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located upstairs and features two twin beds and features a window for natural light, dresser and closet for storage, night stands, and access to the en-suite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, one sink vanity, large mirror, and toilet.   The third full bathroom is located directly across the hall from bedroom 3 and beside the indoor game room! This bathroom features a tub/shower combo that is separate from the main bathroom space with a door. The toilet is also in this space. This bathroom also has a large single sink vanity, and large mirror! This space is perfect for sharing as guests can be showering while another guest is in the main bathroom space getting ready for the day!   Bedroom 4:  This bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen size bed, a window for natural light, two night stands, flat screen TV, dresser for storage, and access to the private balcony with outdoor seating!   Bonus space/ game room: This space was converted into one of the two game room spaces in this house! It features a couch, wall mounted flat screen TV, and a full size pool table with pool sticks!     Living Room:  Just as you walk into the house, guests will enter into the living area. This is a perfect area to relax and hang out.  The living room is furnished with two large sofas, a love seat, ottoman, side tables, wall mounted flat screen TV, TV stand, access to the half bath, and access to the backyard patio with grill and firepit!   Guests will also find the laundry room in this area with a full size washer and dryer and shelving above to hang your non dryer items! Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry right in the rental house!   Just off from the living space, guests will have access to a beautiful fully equipped kitchen.  The kitchen offers full size stainless steal appliances, double sided fridge, gas stove, oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and plentiful cabinet space.  We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities.  For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short ride from the house.  In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.     Just down the hall from the kitchen is the dining room. Guests will enjoy a full size dining room table with enough seating to accommodate up to 8 guests! Guests will find additional seating in the kitchen with the attached breakfast bar with stools to accommodate an additional 4 guests!    The garage was converted into the second game area and features a full size ping pong table, dart board, and cornhole boards!    Pack light!  We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom.  Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included.  We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!   The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible!  Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.     This beach house is in a prime location in Myrtle Beach, SC. Guests are only a short drive to central Myrtle Beach, Garden City, Surfside, and more!  Guests love the location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more.  This property is in Gleneagles Cottages, part of the award-winning Legends Golf Resort!
