Chayanne’s place matched the description, had an easy check-in/check-out process, was very clean and well stocked, and it was easy to communicate with him. However, it was uncomfortably cold when we arrived and it took a couple of (chilly) nights to sort out the apartment temperature, I feel like communication was a bit broken in that respect. I would also recommend having better bedding/pillows for the fold out mattress (perhaps I should have let them know that we were using it) and curtains for the balcony door/window as it’s very bright for whoever is sleeping in that area. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

My stay at Chayanne’s rental property was excellent. The check-in instructions were clear and simple; I had no issues checking into the property. The apartment was beautiful and very clean upon my arrival. The property is located in an excellent location with good food, a pharmacy, and a convenience store located nearby. I found it very easy to get to downtown Toronto as the train station was only a few minutes walk away. My hosts were quick to respond and were very helpful. Truly a 5-star experience!

beautiful stay. a must stay very convenient there was a bit confusing with getting the key. I don't blame the hosts. just need to watch the videos properly before checking in. rest the place was immaculate
