Our apartments are located in the privileged area of La Cava, just a few minutes walk from the historic center. An old complex that we wanted to renovate, preserving the historical details that give the establishment its name and its legend 'Florinda de la Cava'. Thus, the apartments are fully equipped so that during your stay you feel at home while we preserve the history in its walls and ceilings that have been respected and restored, providing a building that has been spectacular given its historical beauty with a contemporary mix. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with glasses, plates, a coffee maker, etc. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, double-glazed windows also helping to conserve energy (both cold and heat) helping to be more sustainable. The apartment will be available with towels and sheets for your stay, so you won't have to worry about anything other than enjoying your stay in Toledo. Our colleagues will give you instructions on everything you need. Please note the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during the stay is not included. -Arrival after hours: - Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and is autonomous, which is why we always ask for passports or identification documents beforehand. - If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, self-check-ins will take place on weekends. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
