Cannot fault this little gem! Giovanni really was a super host down to every minor detail. He gave me so many recommendations for my trip from the best restaurants to helping me hire a car - honestly the most engaging host I’ve ever had using Airbnb! The location was also second to none with an even more incredible view of the city. It was the cherry on the top to find out I could basically walk straight onto the foreshore from my door! Can’t wait for my next trip back, will be booking again without a doubt :)

Very cosy and well appointed place. Giovanni obviously takes real pride in presentation and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable and the view from the bedroom is iconic. It is a relatively high density complex but the neighbours are considerate and it was very quiet. Great walking along the riverside just in front of the complex. We did experience quite some trouble checking in. That was on us though. We arrived after dark and did not read Giovanni’s instructions carefully. I would recommend arriving during daylight hours. There is also a helpful map just inside the gate, which Giovanni did tell us about but we overlooked.

Great location and everything is as good as photos. The house was great and clean when we arrived. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. There is a playground at the park nearby, so it’s good for kids. South Perth is a great location, there’s many restaurants nearby and also close to the Perth Zoo. Giovanni is very responsive and very kind host. We traveled with 1 toddler and 1 baby, and Giovanni provided us a babycot and a baby bathup. So much appreciated! will definitely recommend his place to friends who will visit Perth.
