The townhouse was decorated tastefully and the furniture was in great condition. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated that baggies and detergent were included - nice not to have to buy those. All supplies were generous, including pool towels. The washer and dryer were new and the hot water was great. The townhomes themselves are not very well constructed - nothing major, but stuff like gaps in the bathroom door, shower pan that moved under our feet, and a towel hook hanging off the door because the door was too thin to support it. The parking area was badly in need of attention. It was a mess for most of our stay. We went to restaurants and stores with shoes coated in mud and the entryway was pretty much impossible to keep clean. So not quite a 5 star experience, but a decent place in a great location with professional management.

This is a nice comfortable place. The ground floor entrance and coat rack help keep winter outside. The place is super well equipped. It even had a coffee grinder. Great views up the canyon from the dining table and nice to listen to the river.

Our stay was fantastic, the hosts were super responsive and the condo was amazing. We would not hesitate renting from them again and look forward to returning in the future. They did a great job in the details, the condo was well furnished and we didn't struggle or need to procure basic items. The location was ideal for us! Hot springs are comfortably close and the running creek out the back patio was delightful. Don't hesitate to book this place !

Laura’s place in Ouray was perfect. It’s along the river, right across from the hot springs, and an easy walk to town. The place is immaculate and well equipped. Laura was very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. It was perfect for our visit.
