We had a very pleasant stay. Typical cabin on a walking distance to the bus station. We would stay again there if we go back.

We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again if we're in Puerto Natales. Patricio was always helpful and the apartment was comfortable and practical. The kitchen was good and the knives were sharp, nearly a miracle. Thanks again!

Fomos extremamente bem acolhidos nessa acomodação. A casa estava super limpa e quente! Tem muitos utensílios para cozinhar e a cidade é muito gostosa!

Patricio, the co-host that we communicated with, was very kind and was flexible with our check-in when he met us. The space itself left things to be desired. It seems sort of thrown together quickly. The couch blocked the back door. One of the twin beds in one of the bedrooms blocked the door to the room. There were many leaks in and around both the front and back doors, making the first floor kind of drafty and uncomfortable. Also, the bed sheets were all synthetic fibers, which are not very comfortable compared to cotton. Altogether, the price was good, and Patricio was very nice (especially with letting us leave our bags for a bit after check out) but the space needs some work to be inviting. None of these things that I'm saying should dissuade a person from staying here but there are things that can be improved.
