The kitchen is well equipped with standard items, a Brita pitcher, and a single-serve coffee machine. The bathrooms are stocked with clean towels, hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We have easy self check-in and offer easy access garage parking across the street for only $25/day.

It was a good place for a night
Zachary was very proactive. They were having an issue with the front door so he let us know to use the backdoor before we arrived. He sent lots of reminders and welcomed us. The apartment was just as described. It is an older building so we took that into account as well. The couch was so comfortable. Easy walking to Fogo De Chao for a fabulous dinner and to PPG for Tom Segura. We just spent one night so it would be hard for them to tell we were even there. We did have to go back to the actual listing to know where to park. It would be nice if that was in the reservation side. We plan to be back in the area again in the fall and if available would repeat stay
Good room in good building in good location. Easy access and great communication from host. Excellent and clean kitchen, bedroom and common spaces. Disappointed that the floors in some of the rooms needed a better cleaning and the wifi was spotty.
The place is very clean and is secure, also Zac is a good host. Great place in the downtown, walkable from all nearby tourist spots, just gets a bit intimidating to walk on the streets late night, apart from that very convenient and great stay.
Central location where we could walk to the PPG Arena, nearby parking garage, fast and easy check-in / check-out.

If you don’t feel like walking, you can take the T (light rail system) or a bus. The T is free from downtown to the Northside (Heinz Field, PNC Park, Rivers Casino and more). Almost all bus lines run through downtown. Bus stops to Oakland, Shadyside, and East Carson St (Southside) and many more are within 0-3 blocks.
