A walk along the lakeside from Ukanc to the town of Ribčev Laz will take roughly an hour and fifteen minutes, rewarding you with picturesque beauty spots and tempting you to take a dip in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Bohinj along the way! Hikers will love the varied trails in Triglav National Park, where adventure seekers can take on the challenge of climbing to the summit of Mount Triglav, the highest mountain in Slovenia and the highest peak of the Julian Alps. A beautiful hike of roughly an hour will lead you from Ukanc to the cascading waters of the Savica Waterfall, a dramatic sight that will take your breath away. Meanwhile, a hike to Mostnica Gorge offers fragrant woodlands and riverbeds with enchanting scenery to enjoy.
