We stayed 3 nights here as a family of five (my wife and I took the double and our three daughters shared the other room which has a double and a single in it). The view is spectacular and the terrace is great for enjoying sundowners overlooking the ocean. The communal pool is immediately adjacent and directly accessible from the apartment (the pool water was unheated and quite bracing!). The decor is looking a bit tired in places but this is compensated for in terms of value for money. Note that there is no private parking but free street parking - we had to park about 5mins away. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants around but note that it's a good 15-20min walk to Puerto town centre. Jardin Botanico is only 10mins away. Overall, I would highly recommend if you are not after 5star luxury.

This is a great place to stay. There's a huge amount of space and it's really well equipped. It's in a small complex overlooking the sea with great views and in an area with plenty of local amenities. There's a pool and this apartment is the only one with direct access. We've stayed here twice now and we'd definitely stay again. Communication was really prompt throughout and especially after we'd checked out and remembered we'd left something in the apartment and had to get it back before heading to the airport.

The local host Anita was very accommodating with our arrival time. The property manager Laura was fast to respond to our concerns. It's obvious on arrival that the posted photos are outdated and not true to the actual apartment The furniture is old and needs updating. The couch is worn and has an unpleasant odour. The couch table is not stable and the kitchen table chairs are wobbly and leave stains on the floor. The shower is not the shower pictured in the posting, and sprays all through the bathroom. The bathroom door is water damaged and the room smells moldy. The toaster didn't work and the frying pans were chipping. The hosts replaced these items when I raised this concern. The apartment view the is stunning, the welcoming bottle of wine & jug of milk was appreciated. Since the apartment was not what was advertised in the photos I would not stay again. It is important to read the rules as you could incur unexpected charges with use of extra towels/not emptying garbages & other.

Loved hearing the ocean waves and the beautiful view. It was so easy to walk to good restaurants and grocery stores. Anita, the local host, was very responsive to questions about things to do and restaurant recommendations.
