Overall its a nice stay and clean place with enough facilities. The queen bed seems a bit small for 2 adults. the condo is new and the playground have not been completed. So, kids cant play at the playground.

It is nice place to stay as it is quite away from busy area in Kuantan. Everything is okay is just like when I want to check in and looking for parking, it was taken by a car and host even gives another parking but still it is taken. I ended up parking at OKU parking and having a headache thinking my car will be clamped. Overall, it is quite a nice stay.

The unit is great, got washing machine and dryer, free netflix, free parking👍🏻 This unit need deposit, they will refund after 3 days checking out. Other than that, all good👍🏻

The living places are very good, except that the water heater is not hot.
