Great location and hosts instructions are really helpful. We had a great few days. Two things to notes, two separate buildings with steep stairs and only mirror is in the shower.

Pros: Truly close to a train station ( <5 mins), clean, has amenities, easy check in, easy communications. There is a grocery store just opposite the apartment that opens till 11pm which was helpful. Cons: I went with a group of 7 hence we had to utilize both floors of the apartment. The staircase connecting the two floors is quite narrow & you have to walk in an unsheltered outdoor area on the first floor that connects both floors - which were inconvenient when it was raining & cold. Had 2 toilets but only 1 for baths (on level 1). Level 1 had 2 beds and level 2 had 5 beds. *bring your own mirror for make up/styling If above cons are acceptable to you, the place is really close to a train station, clean and worth staying for a short while!

amazing location!! near everything (metro, grocery stores, 7/11s, etc). Pretty clean, tho there were some stains on some of the beddings. Great to have laundry on hand, as well as A/C & heater, if needed. Suggested for them to fix the door. We had issues with the wifi. Host were quick to respond.

Great location. Easy access to metro station, supermarts, conveniece stores and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and plenty for the 7 of us. Has all we need for a comfortable stay. Yosuke and Risa were very reponsive to all our questions. Only one thing of note if you have very young kids or older seniors with mobility issues is the steep and high steps to the second storey of the next building. Might be good to consider a gate or door at the top of tbe stairs to previous accidents. Otherwise, the double bed at the first level unit catered to my senior parents well. Thank you for the great stay!

Clean space and centrally located. Host was extremely responsive to questions/concerns. I recommend this space if visiting Tokyo.
