可以安静惬意的享受时光。景色非常美，尤其是日落时分。 设施、设备齐全，使用便利，可以看出在布置时是非常用心的。 房主的回复也非常及时。 唯一的缺点只有进出时的道路十分狭窄，大一些的车会比较困难。 综合来讲是一次完美的体验。
景観が素晴らしく、静かでゆっくり過ごすことができました。BBQの道具も整理されており、マニュアルも整っていたので使いこなすことができました。天気もよく焚き火も堪能できました。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。
2回目の滞在でした。 12月の年末に来た際に、「目前に広がる眺望」「綺麗に管理された施設」を大変気に入り、GW休みに夫婦で再度滞在しました。 日も長くなり、過ごしやすくなったので、今回は、庭やウッドデッキでの時間を存分に楽しみました。 BBQしながら、夕焼け～日没～夜空と景色が変わるマジックアワーは最高でした。 夜は焚き火をしながら、星空を眺めました。 朝は、鳥の合唱を聞きながら、さわやかな朝食時間を楽しみました。特に「ホーホケキョ」と鳴くウグイスのさえずりには癒されました。 海を見下ろす別荘に憧れ、都心に近い週末別荘を探してきましたが、この施設が理想に近い為、当面の間は別荘購入を保留にし、当施設を定期的に利用する事にしました。 次は、夏に複数日間ワーケーションしてみようと思います。デスク・オフィスチェア・モニター・プロジェクターがあり仕事環境が整っているので、快適に仕事が出来そうで楽しみです。 素敵な時間をありがとうございました。
とても綺麗で素敵な宿でした
今回2回目の訪問になりました。 前回はカミさんが仕事で来れず子供とふたりでしたが今回は子供が部活で来れずカミさんと夫婦で使用させて頂きました。2日間ともに天気も良く前回同様に施設から眺める景色は最高でした。また今回は周辺を散策してみましたが海に山に自然も素晴らしくとても気持ちよかったです。 夜は夜でプロジェクターの大画面でNetflixからサザンオールスターズの2023茅ヶ崎ライブを観て聴いて楽しい時間を過ごしました。 もしも天気に恵まれなくても大画面で映画も観れるのでコレはコレでアリだなと思いました。 次は夏に友人達を誘ってこの最高な 眺めを酒の肴にBBQパーティーをやりたいと思います！

Kyonan Town is located on the southwestern shore of the Boso Peninsula in Chiba Prefecture. It is easily accessible by a 70-minute car ride from Tokyo. It is a small, quiet fishing town where you can enjoy both the sea and the mountains. In front of you lies the vast blue sea of Tokyo Bay, and behind you stands the Nokogiriyama (Mountain of Sawteeth), a candidate for Japan’s heritage. In addition to enjoying abundant nature throughout the four seasons, you can also shop at the roadside station “Hota Elementary School” or savor fresh seafood dishes at the Fisherman’s Restaurant.

From Tokyo, take the Metropolitan Expressway Bay Line. Take the Aqua Line and exit at the Kyonan Hota Interchange (IC) on the Tateyama Expressway. For directions from Kyonan-Hota IC to the facility, please refer to the “Access Guide” that will be shared later. You will arrive in about 10 minutes by heading towards Hamakanaya and Kisarazu on Route 127.

From Tokyo, take the Keiyo Road and exit at Kyonan Hota Interchange (IC) on the Tateyama Expressway.
