The house itself is very beautiful with an amazing oceanview. However, I believe someone needs to second check the property before the next check-in. The pool vacuum with the host attached was left in the pool. And since its raining during our visit I understand the footmarks beside the pool. I would say the pool is not well kept. Cleaning brush was left on the corner side of the pool full of leaves and dirt. The table and chairs outside is full of water stagnant on chairs and the cleaner didn't empty all the water that was accumulated on each chair. The pool heating is not available. 3 different messages received for check in which is confusing. The inclinator is a big help to unload the staff. The house itself is clean. With the price and bond fee required for check-in - I would have expected better than this. I would give the place 3 star and found the price too expensive.
There is no doubt that this is a beautiful house. The view alone is to die for. Great pool! The house is well appointed and it is clearly well managed. The south facing home feels as though it will be a bit cold and damp in the winter but it was OK in April when we went, albeit there was a mouldy smell downstairs - we chose not to use the downstairs bedroom. Be warned - Lexico, the managers of this property will ask for a bunch of sensitive personal and financial information (including photos of drivers licenses and the personal information of children) as well as an additional security deposit outside of the AirBNB system. You will be required to provide this before they will give you access to the property and will only be asked for it just before your stay (rather than at the time of booking).
What an amazing House, beatiful views and amazing amenities. Very Kid Friendly with gates everywhere for security. Also has the Inclinator to assist unloading the luggage. Will definetly book again.
