Each bedroom has its own smart lock, which can be opened with a smartphone (or smartwatch) app. You can have your own safe private space, while enjoying the benefits of community living. In the common space, you’ll find a fully-stocked kitchen with a glass stovetop, microwave, hyrbid drip/pod coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster. The living and dining area has a couch and a table for four, with a 55” smart TV, ready for you to hook up your streaming accounts. Neighbors can be noisy at night and you’ll likely hear rooster sounds (yes, the Little Havana mascot is a real thing throughout the area). If you are unfamiliar with the typical sights and sounds of urban city life, we encourage taking a taxi or Uber after dusk. Like many urban areas undergoing regeneration, Little Havana can be a little scruffy around the edges, but more than makes up for this through great ethnic shops and restaurants, lovely open spaces near the Miami River, fantastic local transport and easy access to Downtown Miami and Brickell, vibrant music and food scene and a warm, friendly community. Little Havana is the colorful center of Hispanic culture in Miami. The area’s riddled with Latin-inspired cafes, restaurants, venues and markets that give space and a voice to all the different backgrounds that have taken root in the neighborhood.
