The flat is in an excellent location with great tram, metro, bus, and train connections. The surrounding area seems safe and nice. Note that it's on the 6th floor, which might be challenging for those with knee problems, but we found it good exercise. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped with new items, though the teapot and coffee machine needed cleaning. One pot was unusable, and there were no pans for eggs. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfortable, though the pillows were too soft and the polyester blend bedsheets caused us to sweat at night. The toilet's cleanliness was below expectations, with a dirty mirror, shower glass, and significant dust. Wet, yellowed towels were hanging on the heater, which we avoided using. The flat has only a small coffee table; adding a small dining table would help. Despite these issues, I recommend the apartment for its affordability and location.

Cozy apartment in a pleasant area, the Eiffel Tower is visible from the window, there are shops and cafes nearby. The downsides are the top floor without an elevator and an old house being renovated at the entrance. everything else is pluses

Me and my girlfriend really liked the apartment and it really matched our expectations. It also has a wonderful view. The host Eléonore was always available and with clear instructions. Definitely we would come back one day.
