the day before our stay, she told us that the space is no longer available. she offered a different location but it was an unacceptable exchange due to being more than $50 less in value and due to having rules that disalloweded our dogs (only dogs less than 10 lbs accepted and only with crates. we have larger dogs and had already left our house without crates. she wouldn't process the refund for cancelling on us, so we ended up needing to contact AirBNB services to do that.

This is a very nice apartment. There is an adjoining wall to another apartment but we have heard no sound whatsoever. The apartment is very clean, but has very limited kitchen utensils and supplies. The air conditioning is quite adequate. We had a Small issue with toiletries, but the owner or staff resolve the problem very quickly. There is a very nice large parking area. Be aware there is a gate that you can slide open and then closed for security. Would definitely stay here again. The following is not a criticism just for awareness sake. and may be listed in their amenities. There are three cereal bowls but only one spoon (tea or table) There are no paper towels There is no coffee or complements but there is a bean grinder Great place just come prepared We were glad we stayed

Overall a good place, some minor details which personally I wish had been addressed since I stayed here 4 months ago. Good location, close to many things
