A rustic and rather unique property What you see from the outside is not what you get inside The accommodation is comfortable and warm, heat coming from an Aga The mill is part of a very rural farm yard, lots of mud and running water and chickens running around. The lane to the accommodation is a rough track and may be not suitable if you have a fancy car! Having said that we enjoyed the experience . Thank you Maisie

Maisie was very responsive, accommodating and helpful. We were greeted by a lovely farmer. The place was stunning and in a peaceful place, with the farm animals around to watch and feed. The decor was very cosy, and we felt very at home. The fire was a nice touch, but unfortunately we didn’t have matches or firelighters to start it so it made it a bit tricky! The blankets and hot water bottles were a nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed. One thing I’ll say (minor) is that there was a pot to pay for eggs but we weren’t sure where to get these from. Overall a fab stay and would 100% recommend.

All the family - husband and I and our two teens loved the Mill. It’s full character, plenty of room, lovely sofas to lounge and has everything you need for a self catering stay. Our kids have a new found love of darts 😃 We really enjoyed being on the farm , seeing the animals especially the 2 newly born lambs and the baby emu. An easy drive to lots of places to visit. Only downside was we weren’t here for longer. We hope to be back again when we visit our relatives. We stay in a lot of airbnbs and this is one of our favourite stays.
