This brand new modern townhouse with hot tub is perfect for group and family trips. Located in the highly anticipated Nordix complex, and situated at the base of Platter lift, this is the ideal location for those wanting to be steps aways from all the action. With mountain and valley views from the private deck, modern decor throughout, and comfortable beds, this home will not disappoint! Be one of the first to stay in this wonderful modern home. This is a wonderful new development at Panorama. While staying with us, you will also have full use of the Panorama Resort amenities. ENTRANCE As you walk into the townhouse, you have steps immediately in front of you and the garage door to your left. GARAGE AND LOCK OFF BEDROOM There is lots of space in this garage for all your sporting gear or even a small vehicle. There is a tall boot dryer at the back, along with some shelving for your shoes and coats that you can use during your stay. At the back of the garage there is one of the queen bedrooms with full bathroom with shower. UPSTAIRS LIVING SPACE The upstairs living space is open plan design at its best. Flooded in natural light the dining, kitchen, and cozy lounge space are inviting and decorated to a high standard. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything that you could need to whip up a light snack or family meal. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay. There is also island seating with three stools. The lounge area has a small sofa and single chair, coffee table, Roku TV, and views out over the parking lot to the ski runs. Near the lounge area is a half bathroom (toilet). The dining table seats 6 and is located near the inviting gas fireplace. DECK SPACE Out the back, just off the dining space, is the door to the small deck space with hot tub and BBQ. UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS There is a small, twin over twin bunk room, perfect for children. Then next door is a queen bedroom with closet space, high ceilings and views out to the ski hill. The primary bedroom has a king bed, closet space, Roku TV, and ensuite shower room. For your comfort, all the beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens. Each of the bedrooms currently has privacy blinds. UPSTAIRS BATHROOM On the second floor is a full bathroom with tub/shower. You will also find hotel quality towels and locally sourced body wash/shampoo that you can use during your stay. LAUNDRY CLOSET There is a washer and dryer for you to use during your stay. PARKING There is one space out the front of the property and one space out the back.

Shawna is responsive and friendly and very helpful. Problems in the listing were dealt with quickly. She’s was truly excellent. We were surprised by the tiny bunk bed “room” that did not have a dresser/closet/hooks on the wall for clothing storage, the 4th bedroom located at the back of a cold/cracked cement garage floor (felt a little creepy), the tiny living room that seats only 4 in an 8 person listing (no where for 2 families to gather other than dining table that seats only 6). The listing was clean and well stocked. Had the opportunity to see a neighbouring suite and with a few easy changes (rubber flooring/door rugs in garage to add warmth and connectedness, hooks on wall in tiny bunk bed area, permanently fixing emergency ladder in garage/basement bedroom so it doesn’t feel sketchy), 2 bedside tables in king/queen bedrooms (only one in each which was odd for price of rental) this rental would shine. It’s really a 6 person rental with a bunk room for 2 small children.
