Quick walk over to Canal St to enjoy serveral great restaurants and shops. 2.5 miles to the Beach. Hot tub and outdoor garden areas are shared with 2 other units. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located cozy ground floor apartment. Fresh bright and completely remodeled. Small private outdoor sitting area. Private entrance and plenty of parking. Maximum occupancy 2 people- pets are allowed but must be added to the reservation. Pets MUST be on a leash at all times outside **There is a train track that runs along the west side of the property** Its less active on the weekends but if you aren't a heavy sleeper you may want to bring some earplugs to dull out the sound.

Exactly what we needed for the unexpected night stay with a pet we had. Carla’s home was perfect!
Beautiful home with all the necessary amenities. It was very clean and modern. The host thought of everything. The jar of snacks, waters, and wine was a nice touch. It was a short distance to walk or Uber to the restaurants, bars, live music, and the beach. They had ample parking and a really nice outdoor jacuzzi. The bed was super comfortable. the shower had great water pressure. It was private and quiet. We will definitely return.
Nice place very clean had a great time!
Very nicely appointed and well equipped with lots of thoughtful extras. Two big TV’s a plus. Only drawback is getting used to the freight trains rumbling by at night.
