Situated on the ground floor, this modern and tastefully decorated 80m2 apartment is the perfect base for a peaceful stay. The apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV for streaming your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. Both bedrooms have a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlen Informationen zur nahen Umgebung (Bäckerei um die Ecke, Frühstück ebenso, Restaurant). Alles läuft Remote. Es fand kein persönlicher Kontakt statt. Und das wurde zum Problem, was auch nach 2 Wochen noch nicht geklärt ist. Das Parken vor dem Haus ist nämlich nicht kostenlos, obwohl vom Vermieter angegeben. Der Vermieter hat dies bestätigt. Der Strafzettel für unseren Mietwagen wurde wie vom Vermieter gewünscht an ihn weitergeleitet, sollte dann von Vermieter direkt gezahlt werden, wurde aber von ihm bis heute nicht gezahlt! Eine ganz schlechte Kommunikation durch den Vermieter! Ich werde daher bei dieser Agentur in Portugal nicht nochmals buchen. Schade, wegen 6€!

Apartamento, bonito, limpio y muy espacioso, la cocina con todo lo necesario para la estada. zona muy tranquila y con parquing. A 10 minutos de Porto. Facil comunicación con Silva. alojamiento muy recomendable
