We stayed here over the Easter weekend with 6 adults + 6 kids under 7yo, and it was incredible. The house was pristine with every amenity you could think of. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen has every thing you could ever need. Lots of extra crockery and cutlery, with stuff for the kids too. The only thing you may need to bring if travelling with little kids is a step up to the toilet as they are quite high off the ground. Would stay here again with a large group as great value for money, great location and just a beautiful house. Bonus - local bus picks up directly across the road. Would recommend a day at St Leonard’s or Portarlington on the bus!

Lynda was really responsive with enquiries. We did have a couple hiccups involving the hot water being out for a couple of hours after dinner time when it was time to bathe the kids - had to boil hot water with the kettle and pots in order for the kids to have a bath. There were also no garbage bins to empty the trash into so we had to leave the trash bags outside - this is because the house is so new that the bins hadn’t arrived from the council yet. Other than that the house was very well equipped with everything you need, spacious and nicely designed. There was also some dust lingering around in the dining area which we had to vacuum up before settling in.
