Sunburn festival is at a walking distance from the society. Apart from being naturally ventilated, with plenty of sunlight and fresh air, the apartment is on the First Floor, equipped with beautiful décor and the following amenities to ensure a comfortable stay: *Two AC bedrooms- Each with a wardrobe, attached bathroom with the master bedroom while the bathroom is right outside for the other room (fitted with hot water geyser) and balcony. * AC Living room with sofa cum bed and smart TV, attached with attached balcony. *A well equipped open kitchen which gives modern feel, kitchen includes gas burner, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, Water purifier, crockery and basic cookware to prepare meals. * Special amenities includes Fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, hair dryer, iron with iron stand and a inverter. * Inverter as a power back on which only fans and light will work. *Free car Parking. * Located in a gated complex with 24X7 security and CCTV cameras are installed everywhere. * Society has a Kid's park, Gym and an outdoor 2 common swimming pools. Staying was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern amenities. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any inquiries or requests. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Goa!. It is an amazing location very close to the Anjuna beach that fetches the crowd from all over the world. This location is also 10 minutes from the Vagator Beach. Sunburn festival is at a walking distance.
Top goan restaurants like Bacchus, Anteras, Titlie, Artjuna, Purple Martini, Titlie, Olive Bar & Kitchen, Burger Factory, Westin Hotel and W goa, Pisco By the Beach, Thalassa, Romeo Lane Goa, Hammerzz Night Club are also very close by.
ATM and Super Market are just opposite of the society. The famous flea market "Hill Top" is also near by.
Taxi and local bus stand is at the corner of the society. Car and Bike rental services are also available near the society.
