Super quartier, vivant , plein de commerces, cafés, et arrêt de métro et bus très proches. Le logement est chaleureux et vintage. C’est juste dommage qu’il manque une petite table, nous en avons improvisé une avec notre valise! Il faut aussi spécifier que le canapé-lit est un peu court si on mesure plus de 172 cm.
We had a great time while visiting New York over spring break. Moti was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. The apartment was clean, organized and within walking distance of the subway, restaurants and shopping. It slept 3 adults comfortably and had plenty of storage for our clothes. I would recommend this place to those who don't want the big hotel, lots of crowds atmosphere. This apartment is quaint and cozy:)
When leaving a review it’s important to remember the price. Very good to be alone. If you’ve lived in nyc before you’d see how the place just serves a purpose. Still comfy enough to relax in.
Comfortable and quiet room in a great neighborhood (Chelsea). There is a Trader Joe's a few blocks away. The shared bathroom is not an issue. The kitchen lacks a countertop and the room has no table and chairs, so cooking is not really possible. Moti is a nice host, and overall the place had a good value
The studio is in an authentic historic building in quiet but perfect location. Bit tight quarters for 3 adults, but we were just there to sleep. Shared bathroom was fine. You can sit on fire escape and sing Moon River.
