The place is very great! What really stood out during our stay are the amenities and the equipments are complete. No need for us to contact the Host as all the things that we needed are all there!

Host: Ms. Dana was very accommodating and responsive. Gave clear instructions and when we had an issue with opening the door she was quick to assist. Unit: What you see is what you get. It was very clean when we arrived. Spacious and aesthetic too. Everything's working. Complete kitchenware. Has hair blower, flat iron, first aid kit and towels. Cleaning tools are available as well. Wifi is good. Bed and pillows are comfy. Manual of house rules, tourist attractions and restos is provided in the unit. We just had an issue with the door as it was a bit hard to open at first. Unit is very well maintained. Area: Regular taxis are not allowed inside SBMA so it's helpful to have a contact with taxis that are authorized to travel within the area. Regular taxis can only drop off passengers inside SBMA. Ocean adventure and Adventure Beach waterpark isa approx 30 mins away from this rental. Harbor Point Ayala mall is around 2 blocks away. SM central and SM downtown are near as well.

Dana's place is very affordable and worth booking. We enjoyed our stay and we're happy that it is placed in the center of SBMA which means everything that you want to go to is just walking distance. Highly recommended and will book again in the future for sure! ❤️
