You will enjoy it both daytime and night time. Condo facilities are well equipped including sky swimming pool, gym, pool table, co-working/sky lounge, sauna, and more. Unit is on the 24th floor. This is a full one bedroom unit with a separate bedroom and a living room on the outer part of the room. This is a rare unit type, unlike most studios commonly found in this building. We furnish the room with many extras than regular units including - Smart TV featuring Youtube, Netflix, etc. - Wifi - Nespresso coffee maker (capsules not included) - Washer - Kitchenware - Daybed - Boiler - Airfryer - Toaster - Bedsheets and Towels All utilities are included in the rent but please use responsibly.

A modern, clean, quiet apartment in an unbeatable location. Right in the heart of the city, walking distance to shopping, the beach, and everything else on offer. I would happily stay again.
Excellent location and accessible to everything you need. Festival Mall is very close. Lovely room. Great sea view. Very clean and with everything you need. The hostess was available and kind. highly recommend.

I come back to EDGE regularly. I know the premises and surroundings well. Great location and if you choose a high floor like this one, you will experience a great view of Pattaya beach and bay. While we had a few hick-ups at check in (maid misplaced the keycard to acess the unit) the host was always very responsive and able to resolve issues. I recommend this host and this place that is great value.
