很方便的住址，由于生病的原因没有在走的时候将房间清理干净，但房东礼貌的和我们沟通了这件事并且双方沟通了合适的清理价格，非常好的房东！

The apartment has a really central location, just a few minutes to the Duomo and all the other sites in the city center. You can do everything by walking. There’s also a lot of restaurants basically next to the apartment and an amazing Gelateria right in front of the door. The apartment is nice and although it only has one bedroom, the comfortable sleeping couch makes it perfect for 4 people. The kitchen is okay, it could be equipped a bit better, e.g. there is no coffee machine, spatulas, or wine glasses. The bathroom is also okay, the shower however is quite small, but does the job. The downside of the central location is that it can be a bit noisy during the night, as there is an Irish pub next to it. It’s almost impossible to leave a window open during the night. However, one must say that the windows are very well insulated and with closed windows it’s not a problem to get good sleep. Overall: A good option for a week in Florence, with some areas for improvement.

Great location, quick walk to major touristic attractions. A lot of restaurants downstairs ( might get loud but if you close the window it is ok ) The host very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this place.

Ubicación inmejorable, cercano a todo, está en una zona muy movida sobre todo de noche, con bares y restaurantes al lado. Lo malo de esto es que de noche hay mucho ruido hasta las 2-3 am.
