I had a great time staying at Bin's place, it's a great location in Al Jada area and close to all the restaurants and cafés. The place was clean, and the host was just great - very friendly, always available, and giving clear instructions. I loved they had a flexible check-in, since I arrived late in the evening. My stay was interrupted by unexpected issues (leakage because of the rain during those days), but that was just an unfortunate, rare event no one could predict. Even during those times, Bin did her best to solve the issue and move me to a new place. I definitely recommend this place for its great hosts, cozy space, and amazing location.

The beginning of my stay was great - Bin was kind enough to allow me to check-in during the morning. The apartment was brand new to the extent that when I walked into the unit the smell of fresh paint was so strong that Bin had to open the windows right away to ventilate the unit. The building, its location, the community and all the surrounding public areas were excellent: modern design, lots of green areas, walking distance to restaurants/super markets, etc. The only downside during my stay was that both the washer and gas stove were unusable. The washer was energized but no water was being released when starting a washing cycle. The gas stove was not connected to the gas pipe. Not being able to cook at the unit made me incur in unexpected high expenses for eating out every single day. I was so disappointed because I chose to book this studio for the convenience of having a washer and a stove as advertised in Bin's listing. Bin promised me to solve these two issues and he did not.

We had such a pleasant stay at this lovely studio apartment. From it’s impeccable cleanliness to it’s peaceful calm location, it was a perfect stay. The host was very effiecient and attentive in answering any questions we had and helped us with all our needs. Would definitely highly recommend staying here!
