Laura’s place was just right for us. It was comfortable for 8 adults. There are modern finishes and the space was comfortable. Laura was quick to reply to any messages. There was a miscommunication about parking. We were lead to believe that there were 2 parking spaces on site for our use. These parking spaces are shared with other apartments and we only got 1. We were able to get free street parking with Laura’s instructions. The place was clean and tidy inside. Out in the back yard wasn’t as clean with garbage on the floor. Cleaning materials in the unit were non existent. We bought cleaner, a dish sponge, garbage bags etc. to clean around during our stay. Overall a great stay but with some minor improvements to the property it could have been better.

Première expérience Airbnb réussie, le logement était propre à proximité de toutes les commodités et conforme au descriptif. Laura est une hôte réactive, la communication était fluide. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Honnêtement, la propreté des lieux, l’emplacement central au centre-ville de Montréal et la facilité d’accès à votre logement (pour mes enfants et moi) étaient extraordinaires ! Il est certain que ce logement ferez partie de nos meilleurs choix d’AirBnb lors d’un prochain voyage à Montréal.
