Yamin was extremely welcoming and we had such a lovely stay at her apartment! Great quiet location, near the subway, clean, and even included board games. We had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

This space was nothing short of outstanding. It was exactly as advertised, and Yamin was so helpful and kind. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The extra little touches were really appreciated (coffee, condiments, literature, etc.) 5/5, one of the best I've ever stayed in.

We stay in the apartment for about 1.5 month. The apt is clean and comfortable. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Its location is very close to a subway station (71st station. D line) and bus stops. The neighborhood is safe and diverse with many eateries, groceries, drugstore and laundromats close by. We had a car and we could easily find a parking spot on the roadside, except once when we returned late at midnight. Our host, Yamin had been very responsive to our requests even when she was away. My only minor complaint is the noise created by the apartment above. Fortunately we were out most of the times and when we were in, we were often too tired to be bothered by it. The other minor inconveniebce is the Wifi in the bedroom was weak sometimes. Not a problem for us as we surfed or netflix-ed in the kitchen and living room. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Yamin's apt and we would recommend to others.

Yamin's place was great for my and my partner's stay over the past month. Yamin was super easy to reach at all times, responded to texts within minutes, and was super friendly and accommodating. The apartment is very spacious and is definitely well-equipped for longer stays. a great laundromat and supermarket are just a block away. The subway is also very near and has a great 24-hour deli right next to it.
