No parties or visitors (not booked guests) are allowed on the property. Please use main entrance to the house with punch in lock door. This is a 1700 Sq Ft bungalow and guest will have the entire main floor ( Excluding basement). Note the exterior is monitored by a security camera and extra guests must be approved in advance. Parties are not tolerated. Any booking is more than 20 days cleaning fee would be $295. WE DO NOT ALLOW UNBOOKED GUEST/GUESTS, Visitors IN OUR PROPERTY Standard pricing is for up- 5 guests, each additional $35 per night per person 5 minutes to 401, mall or other shopping centres in west end, 10-15 mins to downtown, 30 mins to 3 popular beaches in Amherst Island, 15-20 mins to waterfront Finkle's Shore Park and 5 mins to Lemoine Point Conservation Area. Note there is no access to laundry facilities, however there is a laundromat located 3 minutes down the road. No outside gatherings, BBQ, backyard and lawn gatherings are strictly prohibited in the property.
