Our home offers an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, 3 large bedrooms, two with king size beds and one with two single beds, a double garage which has been set up as a rumpus room, with 4 additional single mattresses available if required, and a TV to keep the kids amused. There is an additional sleep-out with a king size bed, with its own toilet and shower giving more than enough space to comfortably accomodate 2-3 families. There is a lawn area out the back for games and plenty of parking for vehicles and a boat. A filleting bench to sort out those big Northland snappers and kingis! There is a boat ramp just down the road and also an all weather boat ramp at the Marsden Cove Marina approx 4 kms away.
