the location was great and a short walk to everything including an 8 min walk to Broadway. The host was extremely responsive and attentive. the pool was very nice as well. the only thing was the elevators sometimes wouldn't work and/or were very slow. They do have more than one elevator so if the main one didn't work we would use the other one instead.
We love this property and it was everything that the pictures show and more. Everything was perfect and Phubodee was responsive and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!
The condo is cute and cozy. We all enjoyed it, it was very clean. Spent a lot of time on balcony drinking and chatting with neighbors. Only 10 minute or less walk to down town broadway. Phubodee was very nice and easy to get ahold of and quick to respond with any of our questions. Would definitely stay again
PROS Excellent location for walking downtown Nashville (literally 2 lights away from the Broadway strip of bars, restaurant, entertainment, museums). Chose this spot because of free parking structure (lotta similar places are street parking only). Good price and spacious compared to a hotel. With this being a vacation rental building it was very busy and the clientele felt “party touristy” (bachelorettes, bdays, families etc) If I’m being picky, slights cons: Very slow elevator Water pressure in one shower was low Could hear people waking upstairs None of the cons are to the fault of the host (just building logistics) who was excellent
Was such a great space and host was super responsive! Very walkable to Broadway and pool was an awesome plus. Definitely recommend staying here!

In the heart of Nashville and located less than 2 blocks from Nashville's iconic lower Broadway in the SoBro neighborhood. There is something for everyone in Downtown area from visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame, listen to live music at the many honky tonks, or catch a concert at the Ryman Auditorium. Sporting events are nearby with the Bridgestone Arena and Nissan Stadium is just a short walk from our front door. The food scene is fantastic with many options such as Award winning Barbeque or hot chicken and world renounce chef restaurants just minutes away.
Our location is incredibly walkable and everything you need is within blocks. Scooter, Uber, and Lyft are readily available at your finger tip.
