This location is super convenient and not far from Little Havana. The area is residential and very walkable - I had no problem finding great food, cute shops and live music. I stayed a few days during Spring Break and Carnival, so it was a little hectic once the streets got blocked off. The place is easy to find and street parking wasn't a problem. The rooms are each marked, mine was room #6, and everything was clean, comfortable and well supplied. Cons: - There are three other rooms on the floor, so there may be other guests in the place at any given time. The walls are thin (its an older home), so you are bound to hear them or run into them. - The TV remote in the room didn't work. I programmed it and got it to work but I'd recommend upgrading it because the buttons aren't properly set (must press lower volume to increase volume). - The shower head appears to be damaged. It sprayed water all over the bathroom at one point.

I had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. Just the respite I needed this month during some transition. Everything was exceptionally clean, calm, quiet, and worked well. Nice desk in my room and good WiFi. Great to have the en-suite bathroom for more privacy. Easy instructions and communication with Lisa. Pretty neighborhood and close to Little Havana - great Cuban coffee and restaurants in walking distance. Other guests in the space were lovely and respectful.

Logement très sympas, super propre et facile à trouver, seule petit inconvénient cst loin de tout pour faire des activités. Mais sinon dans l’ensemble cst un logement que je recommande!
