Located in the heart of the city, just 5 mins to CAS, 10 mins to the border, and steps away from many restaurants, ensuring convenience and comfort -On the first floor , No climbing stairs . - Located in Tijuana's "Zona Dorada" next to La Cacho - Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. -CAS ( Centro de Atenciones a Solocitantes) Visa processing center is less than half a km away that's less than a 10-minute walk or less than a 5-minute drive. -The apartment is less than a 10-minute drive to Estadio Caliente ( Xolos Stadium) -Tijuana International airport is located 5 miles from the apartment or a 10-20 minute car ride depending on traffic. -The international border is just a 7-10 minute car ride. The apartment has: -Mini-split A/C unit in Bedroom ( A/C is also a heater) -Free Wi-Fi - 50” Smart TV in the living room with Netflix and Disney+. -32” Smart TV in the bedroom. -The building has a gated front entrance to which only AirBnB guests and tenants have access. -Parking spaces are not gated. -The apartment is located on the first floor. -There are coin-operated washers and dryers located in the building premise. Access to the laundry room can be granted upon request. -There are cameras posted throughout the buildings, NOT inside the apartment. -This is located in a small apartment building. Everyone knows each other and is very friendly. -Please check with the host for parking availability

Had stayed before in a different unit of the same location and on both occasions everything was great. There’s a parking space included and the location is great and close to everything. The place is very well equipped and really cozy, would definitely recommend.
Great location and super clean apartment, nothing like a clean bathroom! Host is very friendly and responsive.
Place is very nice. When you walk in, you are greeted by a great aroma and atmosphere in the apartment. The place is very clean and smells really good. They provide water for every apartment, and they also provide you with a place to wash your clothes. If you ever stay in Tijuana here, you will love every second of the apartment. I fully recommend it.
Very spacious, clean and well equipped airbnb in a good area with a lot of places to eat nearby. Access to the airbnb is very easy. Hosts were very kind and responsive. I would stay here again.

-The Colonia America Neighborhood is sandwiched between Colonia Madero ( aka: La Cacho) and Colonia Chapultepec neighborhoods that are known in Tijuana for there food and safety .
- There are several new buildings under construction around the neighborhood and a PUB across the street so there is a potential for noise.
Boulevard Agua Caliente is a block away and public transportation can be found there if you need to get around.
Tijuana also has transportation Apps like UBER available 24/7.
