There is so much to see and do! 5 mins from a small local beach, 13 mins from Johnson Beach! Close to the OWA and more. Great for a larger family to come and enjoy. Cozy affordable remodeled mobile home with addition that offers windows all around to enjoy nature. this back bedroom also has a private exit with a walk to the hot tub area and hammock chairs. This is our fav place to get away. Lots of private outdoor space! Perfect for a family barbecue. Covered cooking and eating area with grill. Turtle sandbox for the kids. sleeping includes 1 full bed in private room (no t.v) electric fireplace 1 full bed in bedroom with fireplace and t.v 1 pull out couch in living 1 loveseat in living room dinette set seats 4 but 3 additional seats at bar. This is where affordability meets comfort! Not perfect but pleasant. These are rural type properties and you will be coexisting with nature for the area including: Bees, ants, beetles, possums, racoons, squirrels and any other normal wild life.
